For most of my career I wasn't the one being interviewed. I was the one writing the debrief. As a hiring manager at AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, Compass, and Workiva, I sat in the rooms where the call actually gets made: who clears the bar, who gets the offer, whose promotion goes through.

What I kept seeing was the same pattern: strong engineers, clearly good enough, getting a "no" anyway. Not for lack of ability, but because the room never got to see it. The signal was buried, the scope didn't land, one shaky round sank the loop. That's fixable.

Who do you work with?

Senior engineers, tech leads, and engineering managers, from Staff and Principal candidates to first-time EMs, Senior EMs, and Directors. If you are operating at or reaching for the next level in tech, you are who I coach.

How do sessions work?

We meet 1:1 over video. I research your background and goals before we start, we work live on what matters most, and you leave with a specific, actionable plan.

Can I reschedule?

Yes. Life and on-call happen. Reschedule up to 24 hours before and we will find a new time, no friction.

Is this confidential?

Always. Your job search, your company, and everything we discuss stays strictly between us.

How does payment work?
